| Priority Mail and FedEx orders receive priority in processing. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We offer other forms of shipment upon request. If you have requests please contact us immediately. | |
| Shipping security option: We offer signature confirmation and insurance as a package (select this service after entering your personal information). There is a small charge for USPS and the service is free with FedEx shipping. Please note that the Postal Service requires someone to be present to sign for the package. Otherwise, the package must be picked up at the Post Office during normal business hours within five days. Unclaimed packages are returned to us. The Postal Service does not allow signature waivers. | |

| Please note that although First Class shipping is the most inexpensive method, it does not offer tracking or insurance. We cannot assume responsibility for First Class shipments that are delayed or lost. Insurance (but not tracking) is available for Priority Mail. Express Mail is our only overseas shipping method that offers both tracking and insurance. | |
| Product price estimates in CAD, EUR or GBP are offered only as a convenience to clients. Actual credit card charges in non-U.S. currencies may be higher because of exchange rates and fees. Clients assume responsibility for taxes due on delivery, if any. | |
| Due to the large order volume we are able to offer special low shipping rates on First Class to the U.K., Ireland and Canada. | |

| If we shipped the wrong item, please write to us to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). If there is a problem with our products, we will accept returns within two weeks of shipping. Products must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable, and we reserve the right to assess a restocking charge of no more than $5.00 per item. Errors resulting from miscommunication on verbal orders are the responsibility of the Customer. | |
Risk of Loss |

| All items purchased from Koru Naturals are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. We assume no responsibility for losses or delays of shipments. We offer insurance if available with the shipping option selected. | |
Order Modification or Cancelation |

| We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders on the basis of suspicion of fraud or because of processing software errors. | |
